I am so sick and tired of politcal correctness. In order to get rid of racisim is to quit practicing it. What is good for the goose is good for the gander. There should be no affirmative action. Justice is blind, period. There is no white male or woman decision. There is no black male or woman decision, and there is no hispanic male or white decision. Why is it necessary to have a latina woman on the bench if there is no discrimination in our law system? It shbouldn't matter what color or race you are if justice is blind.

This woman latino judge knows exactly what she is doing, illegal immigrants are going to be fine with her, she is Catholic.

Imagine this scenario: A white male is nominated for supreme court justice by a Republican president, the nominee has made some controversial remarks about race in the past, many people view those remarks and him to be racist, and are very opposed to his nomination.

In a White House press briefing a few days later, the president's press secretary is asked about this controversy, and he responds by saying:
