How can you "settle" before you know the facts?

It's crazy.

The Feds (i.e. the bought and paid for by Wall Street crooks) want to settle with the banks for their multi-trillion dollar mortgage fraud - without ever conducting an investigation.

Fortunately, the states which have been left holding the bag in the form of bombed out economies, are starting to wake up.

They better do it fast. It's already very late in the day.
