The game is to allow the public and the world to think that a government still exists. These are just a few tiny examples of what most people do not know:

Federal Reserve banking system. It is a private incorporation cartel that has nothing to do with government and is responsible for the assassinations of both Lincoln and Kennedy both in the exact same manner.

The United States is none existent. It is an Incorporation. The organic constitution was usurped as articles of incorporation changing "for" to "of" the united States by the Act of 1871.

We have been in a state of National Emergency since 1933 which legally usurps the organic government into one of Maritime law and POTUS dictatorial ship. There is no longer a Republic government:

These are but a TINY example of what America must first wake up to before anything can begin to happen. We are fully into Marxist rule and have been for a long time. These are not conspiracy statements. These are easily verifiable facts that anyone can research in a few moments on their key boards...click the links and check them please and comment. America has look been in a slow death, loss of various freedoms,poor public schools not to educate but dumbing down, loss of manufacturing to kill our middle class,importing of poor under educated people in large numbers who will never assimilate as Americans.

Greed, Apathy, corruption has caused a slow death for America not sure at this point we can or will recover, certainly it will require hard times in future and we just now see the very beginning of this phase.

Sadly with a heavy heart I agree. It is just to much for us normal people to comprehend how this country was lost without one shot being fired. Well other than a few assassinations.

I have studied for many many years to find "what is the problem?" I feel that I now stand the at the root of the usurpation tree... This will be my pat answer to nearly every string or question asked of me from now on... And the message I will tell to anyone that will listen to me.

Until the "State of National Emergency" is undeclared we will continue to live in a dictatorship. It is just that simple. The odds are that since Obama is not legally eligible and will not pass the new laws that will require him to prove his citizenship for reelection...he will probably use the state of war clause that says that no new elections will happen thereby allowing him and congress to stay in office indefinitely.

You are the enemy...
12 USC 95(b) refers to the authority granted in the Act of October 6, 1917 (a/k/a The Trading with the Enemy Act or War Powers Act) which was "An Act to define, regulate, and punish trading with the enemy, and for other purposes".

This Act originally excluded citizens of the United States, but in the Act of March 9, 1933, Section 2 amended this to include "any person within the United States or any place subject to the jurisdiction thereof".

It was here that every American citizen literally became an enemy to the United States government under declaration.

According to the current Memorandum of American Cases and Recent English Cases on The Law of Trading With the Enemy, we have no personal Rights at law in any court, and all Rights of an enemy (all American citizens are all declared enemies) to sue in the courts are suspended, whereby the public good must prevail over private gain.

This also provides for the taking over of enemy private property. Now we know whywe no longer receive allodial freehold title to our land... as enemies, our property is no longer ours to have.
