oh my goodness , i want to hurl .. i cannot STAND sob stories , there's nothing i hate more , except of course when the SOB stories are coming from americans ...

please , i'm an adult ... don't give me ONE portion of the case against this couple and act like it's the SOLE reason ... did any of you watch the video ? notice how he had s small section of article 7 highlighted ?

HMMMM what about the other 6 articles ? what did they say ? i wonder ,because you know i'm a CURIOUS person ..mmm i bet they say something interesting , but because they don't fall into the narrative their going to be ingnored ...

and it seems to me that when you look at article 7 as a whole , Mr irish was ORDERED to attend violence managment classes , which he ingnored and then continued his assication with the oath keepers and purchased guns and tasers ....

let's look at how that is similar to what illegal immgrants say ...

illegal immgrant number one was ORDERED to depart from the country by ICE , however , they chose to ingnore that order ... then when they get caught , SOB story ..

not only that , but this guy has had MULTIPLE run in's with the police according to article 7 ...

see right off the bat i question people who've had alot of dealings with the police or who've served jail time , most people i know have never spent a night in jail , so you know , that sets off warning bells for me .

i'm forcing myself to listen to the rest of the first video ... it sounds as if the hospital staff was terrified of this guy ... i've worked in security before , and if your about to deal with someone you think is going to be a serious problem , you grab them before they even know what's going on ... sounds like the head of security at the hospital grabed him much as i would in order to search him for a weapon ..

it's beyond disgusting to me that people would play this up for poltical/ fame etc awarness ...

the ONLY thing that matters in all of this , is the saftey of that new born child , NOTHING else matters .. children's saftey is NOT a cause célèbre ....

So your saying what? They can go into a hospital room and take a new born baby away from the parents and in particular the mother a few hours or so after giving birth? I am sure this story will be watched by many and the truth will come out....but to take a new born baby is wrong and these people are the criminals....

So your saying what, they have a right to go into a hospital room and take a womens baby from her room with no court order.

YES

If CPS , or even the hospital staff whom deliver hundreds of babies each and every year feel that there is enough danger to warrant calling the cops , they have my FULL support to take those measures necessary to preserve the life of the child ..

i might remind you that respective states CPS departments pull children out of their familes homes all the time ...(usually with warnings , going through a process etc )

is it sad that it had to come to this ? YES , could we all wish that the world were a better place ? yes we could ... but can i show you news article after news article of parents who have commited serious harm or even murder on their own children ? yes , yes i can ...

i should remind you that the mother was already declared unfit and had two of her prior children yanked , and that if what i've read is true , the father has a ciminal history and violence issues ...

i trust that the CPS workers who do their job day in and day out , year after year proably understand the servrity of pulling a child from their parents , and wouldn't make that call lightly ...

my heart goes out to children in foster care (orphans ) when you think about growing up like that , it just makes me want to cry ..

We MUST use our rational judgment when it comes to these things , we can't just LOOK at the couple and say " oh they look like such a nice couple , that child will be fine "

Really and where did you find that information? Could you supply a link. I have been looking and have found nothing on the parents abuse or being unfit? Unless I can see where they have been proved unfit I will err on the side of the parents.

I agree with Kathyet. When was the hearing?? I can't believe that a hospital would even take part in this. No wonder they were so fearful that they had the FBI come in even though there were no threats. Couldn't they call a grandparent?? This is very disturbing. I would have never guessed that this could happen in New Hampshire. So much for the Free State Project. That group needs to get involved with this too.

It is a little difficult to prove that a child, 15 hours old and in the hospital with her recovering mother has BEEN abused. The complaint refered to abuse of THIS child - where is the proof.

the proof is in the dead body ... and i for one do not feel like being vindicated in that manner ..

What DEAD BODY????? A little dramatic aren't you? You have been very clear on this and another thread about your "feelings" about this man, Jon Irish.

The great thing about this country up until now, and incidents like this make me begin to have questions, is that everyone had been entitled to their opinion.
