The Gateway Pundit reports:The Ferguson protesters returned to Busch Stadium on Tuesday before the NLDS playoff game.
On Monday the protesters were shouted down by the baseball fans.
The “No Justice, No Baseball” protesters stood outside Busch Stadium near Ballpark Village and chanted and yelled at the baseball fans.
On Monday the protesters came out and chanted: “USA… F*ck ‘em!… USA!… F*ck ‘em!”
GOP USA reports:Video captured more than 25 minutes of back-and-forth between the protesters, who were black, and the fans, including one wearing an “I am Darren Wilson” sign taped onto his jersey.
Over the course of the video, which was streamed live online, the counter-protesting Cardinals fans shouted back at the demonstrators using racial stereotypes.
One man looks straight into the camera and said, “If they’d be working, we wouldn’t have this problem,” and later, a chant of “Let’s go Cardinals” was overtaken by “Let’s go Darren.” At one point, one fan calls a protester a “crack head” and another told a protester if he ever “saw him in the street,” he would “look at the ground.”
One woman apparently takes credit for emancipating the slaves, shouting “We’re the ones who gave you all the freedoms that you have.” Later, a chant of “USA! USA!” transforms into “Africa! Africa!”
The fallout from the Aug. 9 shooting of Michael Brown has largely turned on racial lines, with members of the majority-black community in Ferguson chafing against the majority-white police force and government in the city, accusing the police of brutality.
Daily protests went on for weeks, and have occasionally continued since. A grand jury has been hearing evidence into the case, but a decision whether to indict Wilson is not expected until January.
