The beautiful thing about this "process", as ugly as it was, is it exposed the beauty of our systems, laws and common sense, when we muster the courage to fight for them. Trump started that fight yesterday at the UN, calling it like it is, telling it like it is, and Brett Kavanaugh, athlete that he is, took that ball from the Great Quarterback Trump, and ran with it, as did Lindsey Graham and many others. This is the leadership of Donald Trump, who isn't afraid of anything or anyone, which raises US all up.

Brett Kavanaugh is going to protect all the rights of Americans, women's rights, civil rights, minority rights, majority rights, all of them. Brett Kavanaugh is going to protect our liberty and freedom of work, enterprise, earnings and business, within the bounds of reasonable and fair regulations and laws that authorize them while still preserving the sovereignty of the United States and our right to govern ourselves. Brett Kavanaugh will do all these things because he reveres the Constitution and stands by legal precedent.

All will be well for our country, citizens and businesses with Brett Kavanaugh on the US Supreme Court.

Judy, I liked much of what you wrote. The "ugliness" from today will leave wounds and scars to never heal. I have cried to watch it. I cannot imagine living it.

It has been reported that Senator Bob Corker will vote, "yes." We still have Flake and the two ladies. Tomorrow will be the reveal.

Someone asked me the following - Will the left be so desperate now to urge Dr. Christine Blasey-Ford to file assault charges in Maryland against Judge Kavanaugh?

It's possible they could do that but I think we're getting inaccurate information on these statutes of limitations. It depends on the actual type of sexual assault and whether or not it happened prior to the change in the law that extended/eliminated statutes of limitations for these types of crimes.
