    RALEIGH, N.C. -- People who are tired of gas prices going higher and higher are holding a rally Tuesday afternoon.

    The event is being held at 4:30 p.m. on the plaza between the State Capitol and the Legislative Building.

    The featured speaker is Bill Graham, who organized the "Stop the Gas Tax Hike" campaign on TV.
