Then I hope he plans to arrest and deport the Mexican drug lords perpetrating SWAT style raids on homeowners in Phoenix, AZ.

So Obama thinks it's OK for him and his family to be surround by GUN toting Secret Service but the average person should not have the right to defend themselves or their loved ones.

Hipocrit !! :?

If only WE THE PEOPLE could vet Obama half as well as he is vetting his staff. I would settle for proof of natural born citizenship.

As the economy continues on its southward march we can expect crime to make a northward march.

The MSM will make sure gun crimes in Alabama are televised nation wide. Events will get ugly. Those who remember the Clinton years will not sit on their hands and watch their rights being stripped away by a Gestapo in Washington, thus it will get uglier.

Nightly entertainment broadcast on the evening news will help take the attention of the average American away from the economic woes and will help them to focus on a percieved threat to the stability of this nation,....thus the gun nut is born!

The gun nut will be potrayed as an evil anarchist hell bent on destroying all that is good, all that represents a stable and civilized people. :evil:

While stability is definitely more comfortable, it is not always the right thing to strive for. If Stability was held in higher regard than Liberty in 1776, we would still be under England's rule. If by owning a gun, instability arises, so be it. For it is the gun owners of this nation that are our best defense against an attempted bloodless coup. It is our gun owners who, standing side by side, will keep America free. If stability has to be sacrificed to stop a communist or one world government threat to our sovereignty and/or constitution, II say it is a very small sacrifice indeed.

While listening to Gun Talk on the radio last week they said that on Nobama's transition web site his objectives were outlined. While listeners were busy going to the trasition site to view, the site was taken down, the host then posted and told listeners how to find what was there. tinyurl.com/5gznwl.

On the transition site outline was the plans for a permanent ban on assault weapons, child proofing guns, police depts would be exempt from this, and make possible to sue manufactures out of business, and to shut down gun shows.

Rahm Emanuel was Clinton's point man on gun control during the Clinton adminstration.

Maybe they will demand the Secret Service that protects them all not carry guns too?

What part of "and this right shall not be infringed" do they not understand. I believe our forefathers anticipated an attack on weapons and that is why the posted the warning. What they didn't count on is the total denial that this is in the constitution at all.

Perhaps a little networking might be of help. If anyone visits gun rights sites they could invite people to vist this site and post and comment concerning gun laws, thus taking back info concerning this site and illegal immigration.

It seems to me that both go hand in hand, as many immigrants, legal or not come from countries that do not allow citizens to own firearms. Thus that lack of knowledge on their part helps to corode our 2nd Amendment.

You also have to wonder if this may be some kind of discrimination on the part of an employeer? The Constitution give us th eright to own firearms. They are doing nothing illegal, so why are they being discriminated against. Sure woudl be interesting to see an attorney get ahold of this one.

I will NEVER forget what happened in Waco or Ruby Ridge and it scared the H out of me. :cry:
