    SAN DIEGO – Tijuana Mayor Jorge Ramos visited San Diego Friday to invite his neighbors to the north to come back to his city.

    To file a complaint, visit the Web site of the Mexican Consulate of San Diego at consulmexsd.org and click on the green link that asks “Complaints about your trip to Tijuana?â€

    And to encourage them, the mayor announced a new method for tourists to filecomplaints about police officers or other city employees through the Internet from the safety of their homes. The link will also accept complaints about state and federal employees, which will be forwarded to the proper agency, and reports of crimes against tourists that occur in Tijuana.
    Great ! How am I supposed to file a complaint from the "safety of my own home" if I do not survive the trip to that hellhole called Tijuana?

    Also mayor your government is as corrupt as a three dollar bill. If you think your website is going to pursuade Americans to risk their life in order to visit that sewer you call Tijuana - you are more ignorant than I suspected...
