    Man Armed, Police on Scene

    Police are evacuating a local grocery store to protect against a man with possible firearms. SWAT team is now on scene until the suspect is caught, not endangering others.
    Police have arrived on scene at 100 W. Carrillo to a report of a man with a gun.
    Crisis negotiation teams are on site to aid in an arrest.
    Police believe the suspect has a pellet gun but are still taking precautions.
    All services in the area, including the bus service has been diverted and shut down for now.
    Viewers are reporting the downtown area is congested while other roads are blocked off.
    Streets are being closed off near De la Guerra and Carrillo while police conduct a thorough search for the suspect.
