Ha! That is perplexing, isn’t it? Where on earth could they have learned that?

Reality is also hard. As Twitchy reported, a senior VP at Obamacare contractor CGI Federal claimed “the system is working” in testimony before the House Energy & Commerce Committee. Nothing to see here! Move along.
