SPRING VALLEY, Calif. -- With the much-anticipated NFL draft Saturday, there are new accusations against Reggie Bush and his family, 10News reported.

The owner of the Spring Valley home where Bush's family lived says they did not pay $54,000 in rent, according to 10News.

Michael Michaels owns the home and is threatening to file a $3 million lawsuit against the family and possibly Bush.

Michaels is also an aspiring sports marketing agent and wanted Bush as one of his clients, according to 10News.

Bush has since signed with another agency.

The NCAA prohibits students and their families from receiving gifts from prospective agents.

If he is found to be in violation, Bush could lose his Heisman Trophy and USC could forfeit its 2005 championship title.

I bet you thought this was about another Bush family.
