People vs US Lawsuit Waiting to be Filed

For the past week or so I've been mulling over whether it would be possible to put together a formal suit against the US Government (President, Senate and Congress) charging them for Treason, Fraud etc. Seeing that they have sold the country and enslaved its people to a clique of bankers and industrialists.

I'm no lawyer so I didn't know where to begin. But just thinking about the crimes committed and how they did not match with articles of the US Constitution made me think "There's something here. It might actually be feasible." What's really needed is people to back it up.

Then I came across this. As it turns out "On May 23, 1933, Congressman, Louis T. McFadden, brought formal charges against the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve Bank system, The Controller of the Currency and the Secretary of United States Treasury for numerous criminal acts, including but not limited to, CONSPIRACY, FRAUD, UNLAWFUL CONVERSION, AND TREASON. The petition for Articles of Impeachment was thereafter referred to the Judiciary Committee and has YET TO BE ACTED ON."

Here's some of what he had to say:
"Mr. Chairman, we have in this Country one of the most corrupt institutions the world has ever known. I refer to the Federal Reserve Board and the Federal Reserve Banks, hereinafter called the Fed. The Fed has cheated the Government of these United States and the people of the United States out of enough money to pay the Nation's debt. The depredations and iniquities of the Fed has cost enough money to pay the National debt several times over."

"This evil institution has impoverished and ruined the people of these United States, has bankrupted itself, and has practically bankrupted our Government. It has done this through the defects of the law under which it operates, through the maladministration of that law by the Fed and through the corrupt practices of the moneyed vultures who control it."
He goes on to state amongst other things that:
"Mr. Chairman, when the Fed was passed, the people of these United States did not perceive that a world system was being set up here which would make the savings of the American school teacher available to a narcotic-drug vendor in Acapulco. They did not perceive that these United States was to be lowered to the position of a coolie country which has nothing but raw material and heart, that Russia was destined to supply the man power and that this country was to supply the financial power to an 'international superstate.' A superstate controlled by international bankers, and international industrialists acting together to enslave the world for their own pleasure?"

"The people of these United States are being greatly wronged. They have been driven from their employments. They have been dispossessed from their homes. They have been evicted from their rented quarters. They have lost their children. They have been left to suffer and die for lack of shelter, food, clothing and medicine."

"The wealth of these United States and the working capital have been taken away from them and has either been locked in the vaults of certain banks and the great corporations or exported to foreign countries for the benefit of the foreign customers of these banks and corporations. So far as the people of the United States are concerned, the cupboard is bare."

"It is true that the warehouses and coal yards and grain elevators are full, but these are padlocked, and the great banks and corporations hold the keys."

"The sack of these United States by the Fed is the greatest crime in history."
A group of Canadian citizens have got together to do the same, following in the footsteps of JFK and LT McFadden:

John Ruiz Dempsey BSCr, LL.B, a criminologist and forensic litigation specialist filed a class action suit on behalf of the People of Canada alleging that financial institutions are engaged in illegal creation of money. The complaint filed Friday April 15, 2005 in the Supreme Court of British Columbia at New Westminster, alleges that all financial institutions who are in the business of lending money have engaged in a deliberate scheme to defraud the borrowers by lending non-existent money which are illegally created by the financial institutions out of “thin air.â€

Exactly, down with America up with NWO.

You are exactly right. Bush has never looked at us as a nation. The worst thing Ronald Reagan did was have Bush as his VP. Its the CFR, they are the bad guys.

If we let them pass this bill, we are missing a great opportunity to get rid of the Federal Reserve once and for all. They will self destruct without the people's money, and that's just what they need to do.

Fight hard, patriots and a suggestion in your calls and letters because already there are comments that the American people don't understand the consequences if Congress doesn't pass this bill. They are on the House floor with their scare tactics. Let them know that we know our economy will hit some bumps without this bill, but we know it will be a
whole lot bumpier if we feed more money into a failing system.

Let's give 'em hell today! Call your friends and neighbors, get them involved. This is the fight of our life and we cannot fail!

I don`t mean to sound unsupportable, I`m feeling pretty glum today, I don`t think all the phone calls in the world will change their minds, it`s a done deal in my opinion. They already know the peoples don`t want a bail out, but we are nobody anymore, our voices are nothing to them. I`ll make my calls today to try and help, but I just think it really don`t matter, they have total control over us and will do what ever they want. Their years of planing the New World Order has started.

That's like saying I know I can't win so why buy a lottery ticket. We can win if we all fight together. We're not alone here at Alipac. There are millions of Americans across this country who are fighting with us.

THIS IS A HARD FIGHT BUT WE CAN WIN. WE ARE FIGHTING SOME VERY POWERFUL FORCES SO IT WONT BE EASY.

IF A MOUNTAIN IS IMPOSSIBLE TO MOVE, THEN MOVE IT STONE BY STONE.

THAT IS WHAT WE ARE DOING. MOVING A MOUNTAIN. AND WE CAN DO IT IF WE EACH MOVE ONE STONE.
