Huntington Beach CA. ZIP sees 44% home price jump
H.B. ZIPs sees 32% home price jump

For the 22 business days ending April 21, DataQuick’s freshest homebuying stats show these trends in Surf City:
• City sales totaled 138 — that’s +11% vs. a year ago. Countywide, sales were +13% vs. a year ago in same period.
• Of the city’s 4 ZIP codes, 3 had sales gains vs. a year ago while 2 had a gain in their median selling price vs. a year ago.
• 1 of Huntington Beach’s 4 ZIP codes beat the 15.5% overall performance of the countywide median for the past year.
Here’s how the latest DataQuick report breaks down Surf City ZIPs; change is vs. a year ago:
