This isn't new; it was some weeks ago. The judge ought to be censured for obstructing justice.

DECORATED ARMY DOCTOR LTC TERRY LAKIN HAS BEEN RAILROADED BY A LIBERAL JUDGE.

Mr. Lakin took an oath to protect us from "all enemies, both foreign and domestic".
We have an evasive, usurping, charlatan in the White House; who thinks he is above the Constitution. A domestic enemy!
Mr. Lakin called his bluff.

By facing a Court Martial, the right to discovery WAS SUPPOSED TO come into play, FORCING Mr. Obama to prove that he isn't -in effect - an Illegal Alien; undeserving of the right to even run for, let alone be elected president.

Mr Lakin deserves respect as the only person with the courage to stand up to this travesty.
