As the nation celebrates Martin Luther King’s birthday today the absence of coverage says a lot about people who don’t want things to change when it comes to the old us-versus-them racial politics.

Maybe they, like the old race hustlers and racists, think racial progress is not good for business.
It's not. The DNC wants to keep a major voting block. The black caucus uses race to keep themselves in power and as a bargaining chip with the ranking DNC members and ranking Dem Senators and Congressmen. Exploiters, such as the Rev Jackson, use race to make a tidy living without working, by shaking down employers, companies, and organizations. The NAACP uses race to justify itself and keep its hands out for donations.

If any of these people or organizations really cared about black Americans they would be howling over the elimination of the charter school in Washington DC. They would be howling over the unemployment rate of blacks while the government deliberately fails to enforce immigration laws and the Congress imports more foreign (and unneeded) labor. They would be howling at the brown on black crime rates. Just exactly what is the record of all of the aforementioned people and organizations? In the last 10 years what specifically have any of them accomplished?
