Today there are gangs roaming the streets and terrorizing the people. The two most notorious gangs are known as the Bloods and the Crips. These gangs rob, cheat, and murder. They have identify with red and blue colors and have icons that they use to identify themselves. The Bloods and the Crips fight over territories that they call their turf.

I find it interesting the when it comes to organized crime the two most prolific gangs operating in America are the two major political parties.Just like the gangs, the parties use the red and blue colors and use the elephant and donkey icons. Like the gangs they battle over turf which is known as Congressional Districts.

Sadly the gangs operating out of Washington D.C. are able to commit their crimes with the consent of the American people. Isn't it about time that we held the gangsters on Capitol Hill accountable for their crimes.
