Obama is ‘Liar in Chief,’ declares top Washington gun rights lobbyist

“The designation Liar in Chief easily can be added to the list of Obama’s titles as president,” said gun-policy maven John Snyder, who serves on the board of advisers of the National Association of Chiefs of Police, in his latest critique of the President on Tuesday.
“[President Barack Hussein] Obama is the Liar in Chief,” declared Snyder, the man the New York Times and Washington Post newspapers dubbed “the dean of Washington gun lobbyists.”
“Practically the whole nation now realizes Obama lied to sell national governmenthealthcare to the American people,” he said.
“However,” Snyder noted, “that’s just the latest indication of this president’s chronic mendacity.”
An example of Obama’s alleged “chronic mendacity” is when Secretary of State John Kerry surprised many reporters, as well as intelligence, law enforcement and military officials, when he conceded on Friday that some of the U.S. surveillance has gone “too far.” This occurred after President Obama claimed the NSA spy program was appropriate and lawful.
The Obama administration has also come under intense criticism from many world leaders including some heads of state from NATO allies, according to Josh Hollander, a former intelligence-division police detective.
“There’s also the gun lie. Obama said he’d honor the Second Amendment. Then he pushed a restrictive gun control law. The Senate shot him down. Still, it seems Obama promotes some form of gun control, including thinly veiled gun rights denial, every chance he gets,” said Snyder.
Snyder noted that, “Obama said he would not require abortion. Then he ordered abortion insurance coverage. He did this with health care mandates. This thoroughly upset people who regard defense of the right to life as a matter of conscience.”
“On these three issues, healthcare, gun rights, and right to life, as well as on other issues, Obama has demonstrated that he is a public liar. [He] is a deceitful rotten apple,” said Snyder. “You can’t trust Obama. You can’t trust government.”
A former editor with the National Rifle Association (NRA), Snyder has been named the gun dean by Human Events, a champion of the right to self-defense by the Washington Times, and the senior rights activist in Washington by Shotgun News. He serves on the boards of the National Association of Chiefs of Police, Council for America, and the American Federation of Police and Concerned Citizens.
