That could mean two open Senate seats if Ted Kennedy is as ill as some people have said.
Should Obama be elected, expect him to make administration appointments that will rock your world. 8O
Obama is one of the most liberal Democrats in the U.S. Senate and I fully expect him to appoint like minded folks to his Cabinet. The Cabinet includes the Vice President and the heads of 15 executive departments-the Secretaries of Agriculture, Commerce, Defense, Education, Energy, Health and Human Services, Homeland Security, Housing and Urban Development, Interior, Labor, State, Transportation, Treasury, and Veterans Affairs, and the Attorney General. Interestingly, under Bush, Cabinet-level rank also has been accorded to the Administrator, Environmental Protection Agency; Director, Office of Management and Budget; the Director, National Drug Control Policy; and the U.S. Trade Representative.
I pray to god that Obama does not get elected. He should not be elected to dog catcher!
