Senate Democrats met with President Obama at the White House today to discuss problems with ObamaCare signup. The majority of the 15 senators who attended the described “spicy” meeting are up for reelection in 2014.

Tonight on Special Report, Judge Andrew Napolitano called it a “big event” because the president was “lying” when he promised Americans they could keep their own doctors and plans.

The judge said, “Who is hurt the most when the president lies? Vulnerable Democrats [...] who will have to face the electorate and will have to answer for why they jumped on the bandwagon of somebody who lied, why they’re defending a program that’s indefensible and why their constituents are being asked to log on to program that they can’t log on to.”
