Democrat Arizona Secretary of State and Gov.-elect Katie Hobbs has threatened one county with prosecution if it does not certify its election. The Secretary of State appeared to threaten the Mohave County Board of Supervisors with prosecution if it does not certify the election by Monday, the Daily Caller reported.
“Arizona State Elections Director Kori Lorick wrote several letters and emails to members of the board, warning them of criminal charges if the refused to certify the results in time. The letters included threats of lawsuits against the members for ‘nonfeasance,’ as well, per the emails,” The Caller said.
“The Secretary of State did contact our County and cited A.R.S. Section 16-1010 as a statute that could be used to prosecute [the board] if they did not certify the election,” Matt Smith, the Mohave County Attorney, said to the DCNF.

“The statute is an Arizona felony statute regarding election officials who “fail to perform their duties” under the law; as a Class 6 felony, upon conviction, it could result in up to two years’ imprisonment,” it said.
“The threat of legal action, including personally, came from the Arizona State Elections Director [Kori Lorick],” Supervisor Travis Linginfelter, the board’s chair-elect, said.

“Our office will take all legal action necessary to ensure that Arizona’s voters have their votes counted, including referring the individual supervisors who vote not to certify for criminal enforcement under A.R.S. 16-1010,” Lorick said in an email to the board.
Hobbs was elected governor of Arizona on Nov. 8 to succeed term-limited Republican Gov. Doug Ducey, defeating the Republican candidate Kari Lake, who has now sought to contest the election results. Republicans also lost Arizona’s U.S. Senate race, where Democratic Sen. Mark Kelly defeated Republican investor Blake Masters to win a full six-year term.
Lorick’s threat of prosecution was one of several efforts made by Hobbs’ team to force Mohave County to certify its election results before the Nov. 28 state deadline. Republican members of the board, like in other counties in the state, had sought to hold public hearings regarding the validity of voting machines used in their precincts, over concerns that they were not properly approved by the Secretary of State’s office.

Lorick also sent a letter to the board warning that their voters could be “disenfranchised” if they did not certify by the deadline. The letter, obtained exclusively by the DCNF from Lingenfelter, states that the board “has a non-discretionary duty to canvass the returns of the election,” and that a failure to do so “will only serve to disenfranchise that county’s voters,” mirroring her warnings to other GOP-led counties that their votes “may be excluded” from the final tallies, thereby affecting results.
It comes as another county has been threatened with a lawsuit.
A Republican who defeated his Democrat opponent in a competitive Arizona district could actually lose his spot in Congress because the county has refused to certify the election.
Arizona Secretary of State and Gov.-elect Katie Hobbs has sued the county in the Cochise County Superior Court and asked it to certify the election, The Washington Examiner reported.

Republican Juan Ciscomani has unofficially been victorious in the district but if the county does not certify the election it could eliminate the 38,706 votes cast for him and give the Democrat, Kirsten Engel, the victory.
If the county does not certify its election “the Secretary will have no choice but to complete the statewide canvass by Dec. 8 without Cochise County’s votes included,” the lawsuit said.

“Thus, the Board’s inaction not only violates the plain language of the statute, but undermines a basic tenet of free and fair elections in this state: ensuring that every Arizonan’s voice is heard,” it said.
Cochise County Supervisor Ann English, the lone Democrat on the board, said, “There is no reason for us to delay,” per NPR. However, she was outvoted by GOP Supervisors Tom Crosby and Peggy Judd.
The Associated Press called the race with Ciscomani receiving 50.7% of the votes, a narrow win over Engel with 49.3%. However, statewide results without Cochise County’s numbers would reportedly flip the seat in favor of Engel. A state schools chief seat would also flip for the Democrats.

(Natural News) Most people know that gambling at casinos, for the most part, is fixed for the gambler to lose. This is not done with one simple trick or con, but using elaborate, expensive, and technical “cheats” that put the odds of winning the “high stakes bets” next to impossible. However, if people didn’t win a little here and there, they would never support gambling in the first place, and therein lies the rub. These past midterm elections apparently aren’t really elections at all, but complicated, in-depth schemes where the people and machines that are running it all have all the “fixes” in place, just like the big casinos.
It’s hard to understand how the voting system works, how everything is counted, verified (or not verified), and reported back to the voters correctly. Nobody seems to be able to properly verify, investigate, or challenge anything that goes on behind closed doors. This is the same with the casinos, where the eye in the sky is always watching, the odds are stacked against the gambler, the machines all sound like they’re awarding winners galore, but what happens to the biggest bets with the highest stakes?
Here’s how gambling firms make the gamblers think they’re in control, just like Democrats and Globalists make the most important elections look “close”

A gambling firm keeps its gamblers hooked, first and foremost, by making them think they’re in control. If voters assume the elections are legitimate, or at least not totally rigged, they will show up in droves to try to control the outcome. Just take a look at a massive Trump rally, as opposed to a staged and lonely Biden rally. If the Democrats, who are in complete control of the mass media right now, were to show the whole nation of Democrats just how many Trump supporters there really are and were in 2016, the Democrat voters may have never shown up at the polls, especially not enough of them to get a win for Sleepy Joe. Or, maybe they didn’t.
Another way casinos and gambling firms fool the gamblers is they disguise their losses as wins. Voting polls keep voters ‘coming back for more’ by giving away small wins early on, like we saw at midterm elections this year. This was termed “the red mirage” all across social media and MSM, as the heads of the voting ‘casinos’ all knew the fix was in for the big game, and that after election day, all the Democrats were encouraged to “be patient” as the votes (bets) were all tallied, slowly and corruptly. That way, the Conservatives and Republicans could celebrate some small wins, and even think they had a few big wins in the bag, only to go home big losers after all. This was quite evident with the Arizona election for Governor, where it really looked like Kari Lake had the win in the bag, until a week later, when she ‘barely’ lost.
Gambling outfits also keep gamblers hooked and fooled with near misses. This is evident quite frequently on slot machines, where the wheels spin round and round and the first one lands on that cherry, then the second one too, and the third one almost stops on the cherry, but slides on past, almost in slow motion, to the lemon or gold bars. Oops. Almost a winner. Try again!
Most gambling addicts are first to admit they had a few big wins at the start of their gambling career, and it was all downhill after that. Notice how all the swing states went to Biden in 2020, not on voting night, but in the days after, when the machines all worked their technical magic, and the pit bosses (think NASS and the Secretaries of State) all signaled upstairs for the big bosses (think Soros payoffs and Obama Judges) to intervene.
Talk about eyes in the sky and a fixed gambling scheme, the Arizona “election” for Governor was RUN and WON by “pit boss” Katie Hobbs, who “oversaw” the whole casino-style ballot odds (of conservatives being delayed and miscounted) and tabulation schemes (think fixed slot machines here), then declared herself winner. Remember, Katie Hobbs is the Secretary of State of Arizona and now magically the Governor-elect, after Kari Lake had the win in the bag on election day. How did the “ball” magically jump out of Kari Lake’s sure-shot winning number and into Katie Hobbs’ slot?
