On Thursday, during the Senate Judiciary Committee hearings where Dr. Christine Ford and Judge Brett Kavanaugh both had a chance to be heard after Ford’s wild, 36-year-old, uncorroborated accusations of sexual assault against Kavanaugh, arrogant Democrat Senators were seen smiling as they appeared to be confident that their plot to smear Brett Kavanaugh’s impeccable reputation was in the bag. Their only hope was Democrat activist, and pursausive victim, Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, who testified with convincing emotion about her alleged sexual assault at the hands of President Trump’s Supreme Court Justice nominee.

Democrat Senators were so sure that Ford’s emotional explanation about how over 36 years ago, in an undetermined location, on an undetermined date, with three named witnesses who all denied her accusations, would be believed by American voters, that they likely had the champagne chilling on ice and waiting for them in some 5-star restaurant in DC.

What the Democrats didn’t count on, however, was that Judge Kavanaugh wasn’t going to lay down and let them run over him, his family, and his reputation. What they didn’t count on, is that Brett Kavanaugh would actually fight back. Democrat leaders and activists are so used to bullying people, and threatening them until they get their way, that they miscalculated the usually soft-spoken man with strong faith, a loving family, a large circle of friends and co-workers from every stage of his life who were willing to put their lives on hold to defend his impeccable reputation. (It’s worth noting, that none of Ford’s siblings or her parents are willing to defend her.)

What the Democrats really didn’t count on, was the backlash they would get from members of their own Party who watched Judge Kavanaugh’s testimony and were deeply touched by his fight to defend his spotless reputation. What Democrat Senators didn’t count on, was the disgust members of their own Party would feel towards them, as they watched their obvious attempt to destroy a truly good man and his reputation for the sake of grabbing back the power they lost when Donald Trump shocked the Democrats and won the 2016 presidential election.

Are the Democrats about to see a massive red tsunami in the 2018 election, after Republican, Democrat, Libertarian and Independent voters watched them make a public mockery of our American justice system, while they exposed their evil objectives om their attempts to destroy the reputation of Judge Kavanaugh and his innocent family?

2. scared and bullied or confused witnesses making mis-statements or false statements to Mueller's pit bulls
3. bizarre indictments against "Russians" for exercising their First Amendment Rights in the United States and choosing in some cases to do so anonymously without ever being interviewed

Who does this? What kind of Americans do this to people?? How do people who would do this end up in a Special Counsel's Office being paid by US taxpayers to carry out such a useless pointless travesty of justice? On Friday, Arizona's Senator Jeffrey Lane Flake was accosted by a coven of screaming harpies in a U.S. Capitol Building elevator, so unnerving him that he decided to throw Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh under the bus by agreeing to Democrat confirmation delay tactics. That this brief encounter should invalidate Flake's lifetime of learned and lived experiences of fairness, family, and religion, plus cause him to ignore his earlier press release announcing his support for Kavanaugh, defies rationality.
With this one craven act, Flake may well have scuttled Kavanaugh's chances of confirmation, for in the extra time allotted for an FBI investigation, the Democrat character assassins will undoubtedly scour Kavanaugh's tax returns and personal emails should they gain access to them, as well as the backgrounds of Kavanaugh's wife, parents, and relatives, for any dirt they can find. They are sure to find something, which will immediately be leaked to the ravening media to feed the latest Roman circus outrage, AKA news, cycle.
Flake has also opened the floodgates for further episodes of intimidation against Republicans and conservatives. By caving in to and thereby rewarding the madding crowd, Flake has encouraged even more of its outrageous behavior. Undoubtedly, at this moment, gangs of liberal thugs and hooligans are hard at work planning further high-decibel encounters with Flake and other Republicans.
So now decisions are to be made by Washington lawmakers based on emotion and the loudest screaming voices, while honest and upright men are judged solely by their behavior in high school, conservatives are guilty as charged until proven innocent, and female accusers can point fingers without consequence while our traditions of justice are consigned to the privy.
Unless and until men start acting like men, this will only get worse, thanks to Jeff Flake and to his spineless ilk in our government.

A self-proclaimed anti-Trump Latino Democrat announced a dramatic reversal in light of the “Kavanaugh circus.”
Writing under a pen name, Tomas Mendoza shared in an essay in The Federalist how the “politics of power” displayed by Democrats in the recent spectacle of hearings involving Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh and Christine Blasey Ford, have opened his eyes and turned him away from the party he once endorsed.

“I am a college-educated, suburban, first-generation Latino immigrant,” he wrote.
“I voted for President Obama in 2008 and 2012. I find President Trump to lack the basic moral character that we should expect in our political leaders and did not consider, even for a moment, voting for him in 2016,” Mendoza continued. “After watching how Senate Democrats and the media handled the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh, however, I will be voting Republican in 2018 and for Trump in 2020.”

He recounted how, experiencing the military coup that rocked his homeland, he personally saw “the devastation that comes to a society when men of power believe their political objectives so justified that they are willing to pursue them by any means necessary.”
“In the eyes of those men of power, we could see the deadening of souls that occurs when a man’s perceived benevolence blinds him to his own tyranny,” Mendoza explained.
He saw “that same look in the eyes of Senate Democrats” during Thursday’s hearing, he shared.
“The hearings made clear that the Democrats on the committee were not interested in pursuing the truth or respecting Christine Blasey Ford’s desire for anonymity. Instead, they simply sought to delay the vote in the hopes of winning the next election,” he wrote.

Since Kavanaugh’s reputation and Ford’s privacy were “sacrificed on the altar of political expediency,” Mendoza reasoned, then committee Democrats “were not going to let basic decency prevent them from using the courts as an alternative path to the political ends they cannot reach through legislation.”
Mendoza admitted he believed both Ford and Kavanaugh, but added, “We may never answer the questions of what truly occurred.”
More importantly, he added, is the long-term effect of it all.
“That question is whether the politics of power, the politics by any means demonstrated by Sen. Dianne Feinstein and Senate Judiciary Committee Democrats, will be rewarded,” Mendoza wrote.
“If Democrats are allowed to delay this nomination and the elections in 2018 and 2020 benefit them, both Republicans and Democrats for a generation will have learned that the American people prefer to be ruled by tyrants that punish their enemies instead of representatives in a republic who adhere to the rule of law,” he concluded.

In no particular order here, earlier on in the day Dr. Ford kept referring to her “beach friend.” I said, “What the hell is a ‘beach friend’?” Her beach friends told her to do this, her beach friends told her to get the Washington Post, beach friends sent her to the New York Times, beach friends said get a lawyer, beach friends said, “Don’t pay for it yourself.”
