    2. He knew that it would, but lied to the American people who did not want their country altered?

    3. He thought that it wouldn't, but now he is glad that it has?
I think it is number 2, that is what he wanted in the first place.
It was number 2...What did he think would happen, when you import poverty in large numbers from third world countries with people who had no skills?...Then he never wanted to control the numbers from these countries by securing the border.

He has always been nothing but a rich bleeding heart liberal... He has always expected that it was the duty of the American taxpayers to support and pay for his bad decisions. Of course he didn't think they were bad decisions, he was rich, he never had to live like we do among people who were used to poverty and scamming the system...Plus we have alot more serious crime now in this country.

Thanks to him, we have a very different country than what we should have had, that's not good.

The kind of person we are inside has nothing to do with how or when we go. These comments are MILD compared to other comments on other internet news stories right now! I'd be surprised if some of us don't hear fireworks that day. I don't see your comment as insensitive, and yes it probably has effected just about all of us.
My Grandmother, my Father, my Aunt, my Sister (a survivor), and now me. I was just diagnosed in February with the big "C", after I was layed off my job. I can't work anymore, and I HATE not working, but at least I have plenty of time now to send my faxes and emails

I just thank god there is no one on this earth that has ever entered my life (except for an ex-husband, an estranged husband, and a few old boyfriends perhaps ) that can feel the things about me that most of us feel about this un-American old man!
I was brought up to treat people the way I expect to be treated, and hopefully no one would say anything about me behind my back that they wouldn't say to my face.

I feel about this man just as most of the rest. I can have no sympathy for anyone who worked to insure my Grandchildren and theirs will not grow up in an America anything similar to the one I grew up in whether they meet their maker from cancer or a gunshot or old age.

A neighborhood where children could play safely in their own neighborhoods, attend a school where the teachers could devote all their time to English speaking children, no riots in the schools, plenty of jobs.....

I feel about the same as I did when Elvis died. I never really liked him much when he was alive and didn't mourn like millions of others. I didn't pretend to be his biggest fan just because he died.
I know thousands will pretend how much they love and will miss the "good" Senator, and maybe a few will be sincere.
    I will be neither.

New Senators, Congressman, and Representatives, are not listened too at all. We send them there and they are ineffective, not by their own fault.

We need to get all the ones out that have been there over 15 years!

I find no joy, or satisfaction in Kennedy's health problems, but his health problems should not silence honest critiques of his track record. The Real Ted Kennedy: www.michaelsavage.wnd.com/?pageId=488

We cannot forget that he opened the borders as early as 1965. We cannot forget that he voted to destroy the flag and destroy traditional marriage. We cannot forget in spite of his illness, that he has voted for late-term abortion – i.e. infanticide. We can’t forget that…

He voted no on a constitutional ban on flag desecration.
He voted no on constitutional ban of same-sex marriage.
He voted yes on adding sexual orientation to definition of hate crimes.
He voted no on banning affirmative action hiring with federal funds.
He voted yes on allowing illegals to participate in Social Security.
His poor health does not excuse him for what he has done to our country.
