EL PASO-- A 35-year-old woman is accused of hitting a U.S. Customs and Border Protection officer with her car on Friday at the Zaragoza bridge, officials said Monday.

Sharon Sandoval Bustamante, a U.S. citizen with a Juarez address, was arrested on federal assault charges and was jailed without bond.

Officials said Sandoval began arguing with officers checking her 1997 Dodge Stratus while in line for the inspection booth. Nothing was found, but then Sandoval allegedly revved the car and hit an officer who was knocked onto the hood and then the ground.

The officer did not appear to be injured, officials said.

One has to wonder how a US citizen has a Juarez address. More corruption and open borders anarchy.......Be prepared for total chaos and anarchy in 6 days as the leftwing kooks, revolutionaries and social justice advocates emerge from the woodworks and take over the insane asylum.

I read the comments to that article and apparently that is pretty commonplace there, done to avoid Texas vehicle laws and insurance rates.

This is an obvious Hate Crime since her reasoning for trying to run him down is because she hated him enough she tried to kill him for questioning her.

Will LaRaza scream Hate Crime in defense of this officer?
