Everyone needs to remember not to be fooled by the low unemployment rate, it's a good tool for comparison, month to month and year to year, but it does not include all the unemployed Americans who desperately need good jobs. There are at least 14 million who gave up and dropped out, there is another 8 million of underemployed, working part-time and low wages when they have capability and desire for full time work with benefits. Those 22 million workers must be our primary focus of creating private sector jobs for them and encouraging them to get back into the work force.
