    The Russians have been buying up land and business in Central America for years and it is increasing.
    A friend of mine is a real estate agent in Central America and was searching for thousands of acres blocks of land for Russian investors as late as last year in Central and South America....
    Who are we to say anything... Alot of our infrastructure is owned by foreign countries.. Thanks to our government.
    Funny how some of these poor Latin American countries are rated higher than the US for health care, including Columbia @22, US is listed @ 37.
