House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has dropped a bombshell by reversing course and suggesting that the Judiciary Committee might take up the issue of impeaching President Bush.

Pelosi’s change of heart comes after Rep. Dennis Kucinich moved a “privileged resolutionâ€

We don't need to impeach Bush. The dope is almost gone anyway. What we need is for McCain or Obama to pick a patriot for VP (very unlikely especially for Obama, since Webb declined to be on the ticket). Then we need to impeach one of their asses.

Yes, another option. Get rid of Pelosi, and hope by some miracle she is replaced by Heath Shuler or one of the other patriot Dems....then impeach McCain/Obama and their Veep much the way Nixon and Angew were both done away with.....but this time it would have to be similtaneous. That would make Heath Shuler president of the United States of America

This is all science fiction, dreamland scenario stuff. But a fella can dream, and that is all I have in these grim times.

With Hillary our of the race she can try for impeacment of Bush and become the 1st woman V.P. With a Congress approval of 9% they have to do something to gain trust again. Are we living 4 years ago again?

This is idiocy at this point. They would waste money on impeachment hearings when he's out of office in January? I don't like a lot of what he's done but unlike the previous impeached President, namely Bill Clinton. Bush hasn't disgraced the Oval office quite the way Clinton did. Clinton's actions and lying to the Grand Jury demanded his impeachment. And for what? So he could be pardoned and we still call him "Mr. President"? The Dems are still trying to get revenge for Clinton's impeachment.

Bush would end up pardoned by a succeeding President eventually. The best thing to do is give him as little attention and power as possible. So just let his term run out and quit playing Party politics, wasting our time and our money and get to work Securing the damn Border and enforcing the laws Pelosi!!!!
