If anyone tells you that President Trump has “lost his influence,” show them this article.
President Trump is as powerful and influential as ever.
Here’s the latest example.
Mitch McConnell is now the least liked senator in the U.S. Senate.
Trending: BREAKING: Lisa Marie Presley Suffers Cardiac Arrest, Rushed to Hospital
Yes… he’s 100 out of 100.
But here’s the thing: McConnell used to be a well like Republican. He was respected, at the very least.
Now, that has all changed, as Americans strongly disapprove of Mitch McConnell.
Why the sudden change?
Well, perhaps part of it is because President Trump himself called Mitch McConnell “the big problem” of the Republican party.
Just looking at the data, it appears as though Trump’s words still carry lots of sway among the American people.

Trump’s power is the reason that the Establishment continues to attack Trump.
But just as always, the more they attack Trump, the more powerful he becomes.
Just the News confirms that Trump called McConnell “the big problem”:The House secured an uncharacteristically bipartisan vote to approve a special investigative panel on China and is moving quickly to cut federal spending, but former President Donald Trump sees one big obstacle looming on the horizon.
“The big problem the Republican Party has is Mitch McConnell,” Trump told Just the News on Tuesday in a wide-ranging interview.
The 45th president suggested that McConnell’s history of big spending — including a deal with Democrats for a year-end, $1.7 trillion omnibus spending bill — and his family ties to China will undercut the clear messaging the House Republicans have mapped out for 2023.
“How he approved that $1.7 trillion is shocking, because if he would have waited 10 days, the House would have either killed it or made it much better,” he said. “How he went and just approved that — he’s a real problem for the party, because he does anything the Democrats want.”
Trump went on to say that the source of McConnell’s support among his loyal faction of Senate Republicans is the campaign cash he controls.
And just after President Trump made that statement…
After President Trump called for McConnell and his allies to be primaried.
Suddenly, a new poll comes out showing that McConnell is the least popular senator.
Ouch!

Could it be coincidence?
Mayyyybeeee?
But that would likely be a stretch.
There’s a strong correlation between Trump’s statements and the timing of this poll.
Breitbart confirms:Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) is the nation’s most unpopular senator, followed by Democrat defector Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ), a Wednesday Morning Consult poll found.
Only 29 percent of registered voters approved of McConnell, while 64 percent disapproved.
After the midterm elections, McConnell became the longest-serving party leader in Senate history.

Under McConnell’s GOP leadership, the national debt has risen by nearly $20 trillion, illegal immigration has continued, and real wages for American workers have not increased. Obamacare was enacted in 2010. Big banks were bailed out in 2008, and social media companies have silenced individuals without repercussions. In 2022, McConnell has also approved $100 billion in aid for Ukraine.
The second least-liked senator was Sinema, who shed her Democrat party affiliation in December. Only 37 percent approved of Sinema. Forty-eight percent disapproved.
So what do you think?
Was this a coincidence?
Or do Trump’s words still have sway and influence?
