Senate Judiciary Committee is voting on Judge Brett Kavanaugh. The vote time scheduled is 1:30 pm, EST.

Senator Grassley allowed 4 hours of more talking by senators that caused the vote to be delayed. Republicans and democrats were flowing back in around 1:30 but now there are lots of empty chairs again.

More drama today. The democrats have been walking out all day, following their speeches and holding press conferences.

Democrat Senator Richard Blumenthal was the last senator to speak. Republican senators Ben Sasse and Thom Tillis did not want to speak following him.

Republican Senator Ben Sasse has been huddling with Democrat Senator Whitehouse.

1:47 pm - Democrats may have more shenanigans to play.

Senator Grassley asking for a quorum. He is counting members.

Senator Flake wants to speak now. He has been talking to the other side, the democrats.

Senator Flake wants the FBI to investigate and hold the vote for a week. He said other republicans want to do this.

Senator Grassley says that Flake is the deciding vote. He is taking the vote now and will consider the delay.

Senator Coons wants all accusers to be heard and an investigation by the FBI. He agrees with Flake.

It was reported that Democrat Senator Chris Coons almost cried when Senator Jeff Flake said that he would vote for Brett Kavanaugh.

Senator Flake will only be comfortable on the floor if the FBI investigates.

Senator Flake and democrats request a week delay.

Senator Flake wants a pause and for the White House to request an FBI investigation.

Senator Grassley adjourned abruptly. He cited a 2 hour rule. Senator Feinstein says "WHAT."

Senator Flake cuts a deal with democrats.

Conclusion -Senator Flake says if you want my vote on the Senate floor you must pause and do an FBI investigation.

Democrats are giddy.

Senator Lindsey Graham doesn't know what is going on. He says that the last time he looked you need 50 votes. He also says someone has to explain this to Trump. I guess that will be my job.

Senator Graham now says he will talk with Senator Mitch McConnell and Jeff Flake. Graham says Flake was being begged by democrats to delay.

Jeff Flake was confronted by protestors earlier today.

Senator Graham is now defending Jeff Flake's decision and entertaining the possibility they can get democrat votes.

They voted to advance the nomination to the floor with Flake being the Flake he is saying that without the week's delay to do an FBI investigation, he will not vote for the nomination. Flake is just dancing with the devils in the DemoQuack Party. Who knows what is wrong with him, but there is something extremely wrong with him.

Flake just disgusts me so much. So glad we'll be rid of him soon. Arizona, please elect Republican McSally as your next Senator. Flake is not a lawyer, he's not a good Senator, he's not a good Republican, he's a wishy washy no stand by the man, no stand by the team, no stand by what's right, he's a stand in the Demoquack wind and go with whichever way it's blowing for attention.

JUST STOP IT AND VOTE TO CONFIRM. STOP THIS NONSENSE. We need to move this forward and get Kavanaugh on the Court so he can fill the vacancy. The court starts its new session Monday, Kavanaugh should be ready to start his work with the court no later than Tuesday. GET IT DONE!!!

Where is the release of the names of those accussed Congress members of sexual assault? Taxpayer monies paid HUSH funds to people to keep quiet.

President Trump says he will allow the Senate and Chuck Grassley to control what happens. He says he doesn't know if we will get a vote.

Where are the all day HEARINGS for the victims for the tens of thousands of Americans killed and murdered by illegal aliens? Where are their voices heard? The only one who listens to their voices is President Trump and Trump Supporters at rallies and special events for them in meetings with the White House.

Senator Chris Coons, who it has been reported almost cried when republican Senator Jeff Flake said he would vote yes out of committee, says there may be additional accusers to come forward. He says other republicans want FBI investigation into all accusations.

(Will it be agents in the FBI that hate President Trump and conservatives who will oversee the investigation and who can delay the process?)
