    It is really a bill to rule out reasonable speech, and to shut down any words that they deem as hate or opposition. La Raza, ACLU, anti Christian groups, liberal speech, against speech by conservatives, Christians, those for preserving the Constitution and the rule of law, etc.

    The bill is HR 1913. It pre empts state law and expands the repression of free speech under the guise of stopping "hate." So, gays can go on the offensive, as they often do, and people will be intimidated and cannot effectively respond.
