I posted this because I live within 10 miles of where this happened and this particular area is infested with illegal aliens. Anyone who wishes to join me in pressing local law enforcement (Stoneville/Rockingham County) for immigration status of this child rapist please do so! That is IF they ever catch him.

STONEVILLE, N.C. -- A 12-year-old girl who had left home without a parent's permission was raped by a 25-year-old man behind the El Darado bar in Stoneville on Saturday, Rockingham County deputies said.

Sheriff's department spokesman Dean Vanable said family members had called to report the girl missing. Deputies said they later found her engaged in sexual intercourse with Adrian Garcia.

The girl ran away, but later returned to her home and was taken to a medical facility for evaluation, deputies said.

Deputies have not been able to locate Garcia, who they said drove away in a dark-colored sport utility vehicle.

Warrants have been obtained on Garcia charging him with first-degree rape of a child, contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile and taking indecent liberties with a child.

Why would she run away from cops if she was being raped? Sounds like it might have been consensual. Garcia should be brought up on charges, since he's the adult and should have known better.

Don't get me wrong, I ABHOR anyone who rapes or molests a child in any way. I also abhor false accusations of rape. Having spent time around 12-16 year old girls (and boys), quite a few who are sexually active, I have seen how some of them can come on pretty strong to an "older" man, especially some of their teachers! That doesn't excuse a 25 year old for taking advantage of the situation, they surely know 12 year olds are NOT mature enough for their own good!
