“On Tuesday, Bragg essentially told thugs, thieves and assorted other lawbreakers to relax: They’ll face little to no consequences for crimes they commit in Manhattan. His message came in a memo barring staff from prosecuting a wide range of offenses and limiting the sentences they seek.”
No wonder hardworking American citizens and their families are FLEEING NYC by the millions. Foreigners are allowed to now vote in NYC; business owners are treated as property of the city; children in government schools are brainwashed by socialist revolutionaries; taxation has now reached confiscatory levels; and now, the king of the socialist revolutionary movement, George Soros, who donated $1 million to Bragg’s campaign last year, will get his wish to allow criminals to pray on and victimize NYC residents with the blessing of the newly elected Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.
Two examples of this new policy are:
- Armed robbers who use guns or other deadly weapons to stick up stores and other businesses will be prosecuted only for petty larceny, a misdemeanor, provided no victims were seriously injured and there’s no “genuine risk of physical harm” to anyone. Armed robbery, a class B felony, would typically be punishable by a maximum of 25 years in prison, while petty larceny subjects offenders to up to 364 days in jail and a $1,000 fine
- Burglars who steal from residential storage areas, parts of homes that aren’t “accessible to a living area” and businesses located in mixed-use buildings will be prosecuted for a low-level class D felony that only covers break-ins instead of for more serious crimes. Those more serious crimes, class B and class C felonies, would be punishable by up to 25 and up to 15 years in prison respectively.
New York City residents are getting exactly what they deserve for supporting the Democrat Party Leadership in New York City, which is now controlled by socialist revolutionaries.

The Office will seek dispositions that avoid immigration consequences for all misdemeanors, and all felonies for which non-carceral outcomes are the presumptive outcome. The procedures for seeking a disposition that carries immigration consequences in any such case are the same as the procedures for seeking a carceral disposition for cases in which non-incarceration is the presumption."
Of course, this type of corruption [sanctuary city policy] in NYC has consequences including deaths, suffered by American citizens in surrounding jurisdictions related to the local public polices in sanctuary cities where illegal entrants are allowed to roam free.
And now, allowing 800,000 foreign nationals to vote in NYC’s election is more than enough of a vote to determine the outcome of NYC’s next election and would, in fact, infringe upon the suffrage right of NYC citizens by diluting and canceling out their vote.
The scary truth about allowing foreigners to vote in local elections is, when acts of corruption infect an electoral process in one jurisdiction “they transcend mere local concern and extend a contaminating influence into the national domain.” Justice DOUGLAS in United States v. Classic (1941)”

The sickening fact is, allowing foreigners to vote in NYC’s elections is tantamount to denying NYC’s citizens’ their right to vote as indicated by our very own Supreme Court:
“[T]he right of suffrage can be denied by a debasement or dilution of the weight of a citizen’s vote just as effectively as by wholly prohibiting the free exercise of the franchise.” Reynolds v. Sims, 377 U. S. 533, 555 (1964).”
But like I keep saying, NYC nitwits who voted for this kind of crap, deserve everything that is coming their way!

"Cops charged Rolon with first-degree robbery and criminal possession of a weapon in the first incident, sources said.
But when he was arraigned in Manhattan Criminal Court early Sunday morning, the robbery charge was dropped by the Manhattan DA’s Office and he was instead charged with two counts of petit larceny and related low-level offenses, including second-degree menacing, court papers show."
Keep in mind that menacing in the second degree is a class A misdemeanor, and the petit larceny charges are also misdemeanors.
The article goes on to note the perp, William Rolon, 43, arrested on Saturday, was "... wanted in Brooklyn for failing to appear in court in October on charges that include felony assault with a weapon . . . "
