Richardson talks to a packed house at Green's Tea

MUSCATINE, Iowa — New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson didn’t want to give up the stump his presidential campaign staff found for him to speak from Sunday evening at Green’s Tea in downtown Muscatine.
When told, after speaking for nearly an hour, that he had time for one more question before leaving for another campaign stop in Iowa City, Richardson said: “What do you mean? I’m at 12 percent.
