Philip Berg’s office informed us that they cannot discuss this matter due to pending litigation, which is understandable. They also informed us that Berg is NOT collaborating with Ed Hale, moderator of a site, “Hillary Clinton Supporters for John McCainâ€

With the judge taking his sweet time in ruling on anything, this one will go down to the wire. IF Berg is correct, get ready for the riots, Marshal Law, and perhaps many more years of George Bush as dictator.

Yes I want the truth, but the way I see it, this is a lose-lose for the American people.

if hussain is not eligible to be potus he should be dropped from the ballads.... maybe a 3rd party candidate would take it.

I am afraid we will not know until AFTER the election, if ever.

I seriously doubt that we will ever see anything come of this. All the things about Obama that would have crushed any other Candidate have been squelched and this will be too. It just seems this country is eager to elect Obama and fill the House and Senate with Democrats and once again there will be no two party system for check and balances.

I think this might have to do with more than pending litigation.

On another topic just the other day, I commented about the strange silence on the issue concerning Obama's citizenship, the voter fraud, questionable contributions, etc. being maintained by those who SHOULD be all over this thing.

Even McCain and the Republican party have been uncharacteristically quiet and these issues would be keeping with the usual political tactics of mud slinging and smear presenting them with ultimate of golden opportunities to undermine the opposition.

That alone should tell us something. And one can assume that the "something" isn't that McCain and his party want Obama in the WH.

These are some very serious issues going on with Obama and personally I don't think they are being ignored, or swept under the rug, at all.

Be very clear here, if Barack Hussein Obama II was born at The Coast Provincial General Hospital at Mombasa in Kenya at 7:24 PM on August 4th 1961, or at any other time, Diane Feinstein’s Committee have already failed in their Duty, as has every Secretary of State in the Union.

Derelection of Duty..Gross Negligence..Obstruction of Justice..Violation of their oaths..off to the dungeons with them!!

I don't care..let them riot..we must not toss asside the rule of law. If they riot, they will be punished. The Constitution is to be recognized by all citizens, not just some. All those who seek socialism need to remember this. The Constitution shall not be circumvented! If this is what we must go through, then so be it and those who riot will suffer. If you socialists think you will still have your freedom under a socialist state, you'd better realize that the Constitution is THE ONLY THING keeping your basic rights in place. Life will be a living HELL for most of us without it.
