(D-N.Y.) said this week during an appearance on Ebro in the Morning that marginalized communities have "no choice but to riot."
"Once you have a group that is marginalized ... once someone doesn't have access to clean water, they have no choice but to riot," Ocasio-Cortez said about a half-hour into the 55-minute interview.
Her remarks came during a discussion of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, but Ocasio-Cortez clarified that she was talking about marginalized groups more generally.
"I'm not even talking about Palestinians," she said. "I'm talking about communities in poverty in the United States; I'm talking about Latin America; I'm talking about all over the world."

"Social destabilization is what happens when people do not have a plan or feel like there's no vision for their future," she said.
In the discussion, she also pushed back on the notion that criticizing Israeli policy is anti-Semitic or anti-Israel.
"The same way that me criticizing Trump doesn't make me anti-American, criticizing the occupation doesn't make you anti-Israel," she said. "It doesn't mean that you are against the existence of a nation. It means that you believe in human rights, and it's about making sure that Palestinian human rights are equal to Israeli human rights."

Ocasio-Cortez's comments follow recent tweets by President Trump in which he shared remarks by Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) accusing her of hating Israel and being anti-Semitic and anti-American.

That tweet followed attacks by Trump against Ocasio-Cortez and other minority congresswomen in which he told them to "go back" where they came from. The House voted to condemn the "go back" comment as racist.

(a) Whoever, with intent that another person engage in conduct constituting a felony that has as an element the use, attempted use, or threatened use of physical force against property or against the person of another in violation of the laws of the United States, and under circumstances strongly corroborative of that intent, solicits, commands, induces, or otherwise endeavors to persuade such other person to engage in such conduct, shall be imprisoned not more than one-half the maximum term of imprisonment or (notwithstanding section 3571) fined not more than one-half of the maximum fine prescribed for the punishment of the crime solicited, or both; or if the crime solicited is punishable by life imprisonment or death, shall be imprisoned for not more than twenty years.

(b) It is an affirmative defense to a prosecution under this section that, under circumstances manifesting a voluntary and complete renunciation of his criminal intent, the defendant prevented the commission of the crime solicited. A renunciation is not “voluntary and complete” if it is motivated in whole or in part by a decision to postpone the commission of the crime until another time or to substitute another victim or another but similar objective. If the defendant raises the affirmative defense at trial, the defendant has the burden of proving the defense by a preponderance of the evidence.

(c) It is not a defense to a prosecution under this section that the person solicited could not be convicted of the crime because he lacked the state of mind required for its commission, because he was incompetent or irresponsible, or because he is immune from prosecution or is not subject to prosecution.

Ocasio-Cortez endorses violence against Israel, says “Palestinians” “have no choice but to riot”

Ocasio-Cortez, as she has admitted in the past, has no clue about the situation in Israel. But support for the “Palestinian” jihad is fashionable on the socialist Left, and so she has no problem endorsing “Palestinian” violence against Israeli civilians.

Socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocaiso-Cortez [sic] (D-NY) appeared to justify Palestinian violence against Israel this week during an interview, saying that Palestinians “have no choice but to riot” against Israel.
Ocasio-Cortez made the comments during an appearance on “Ebro in the Morning” with host Ebro Darden, where she made multiple inflammatory remarks about Israel.
Ocasio-Cortez “absolutely” agreed with Darden that Israel was “very, very criminal” and “very, very unjust,” as Darden claimed there are “white supremacist Jews.”
Later in the interview, Ocasio-Cortez justified violence from the Palestinian people against Israel, saying: “I believe that injustice is a threat to the safety of all people, because once you have a group that is marginalized and marginalized and marginalized — once someone doesn’t have access to clean water, they have no choice but to riot, right?”
Ocasio-Cortez has made numerous anti-Semitic comments, of late. She recently engaged in Holocaust trivialization when she falsely compared immigrant detetention [sic] facilities to “concentration camps,” which some experts even say makes her a “Holocaust denier.”
Ocasio-Cortez also recently opposed a bill that opposed the anti-Semitic Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) move against Israel, which is intended to destroy the State of Israel.
After she voted against anti-BDS legislation, Ocasio-Cortez said: “And my concern with being overly punitive on nonviolent forms of protest is that it forces people into other channels and I would hate to be a part of, you know, paving that kind of path.” …
