It seems that everyone today is asking why there is no media coverage of the many legal challenges to Obama’s eligibility to become president, based upon many valid questions regarding his citizenship. Instead of simply answering these challenges with documented proof of his citizenship, he has chosen instead to conceal from public view, every single legal document he has, and spend a half million dollars in lawyer fees to fight the cases in hopes of getting them dismissed or delayed indefinitely.

The documents he has had sealed that would answer this looming question are his original birth certificate, his passport, his college records from both Columbia and Harvard universities, his health records, and his original Selective Service registration - if it exists at all. Many inconsistencies in the Selective Service registration form, which has appeared on the web indicate it has been forged or altered. Obama seems determined to hide his true identity. Some investigators are even questioning the identity of his paternal father, based on his stronger resemblance to Frank Marshal Davis and Malcolm X than to Barack Obama Sr.

I suspect that the media aren’t covering the story because they are convinced that Obama will become our next president, and they’ve decided to be safe, rather than sorry.

This is a liberal lie of a cop-out to cover for the real truth. The media's owners have an agenda..an oppressed and socialist agenda, them and their buddies over at the Trilateral Commission have had Obamboo in their sights since a while back. Now he's their one-world-government golden boy and they have made him, not Obamboo himself. For that, he owes them his allegiance and where he's from doesn't matter to them becuase they have no allegiance themsleves. You know what they say..birds of a feather flock in hell.

When there is a media blackout, it means only one thing; cover up. The DNC, the media, Bush and every other corrupt person and organization that owns this Obama Robot is in on the scheme. Otherwise this African born, United Nations and Council of Foreign Relations dude would not be President elect !! Has his illegal immigrant aunt been deported yet, or is she still living in her HUD apartment, courtesy of your dollar and mine?

The MSM has selected Obama and thats that. Its sickening. Rather than getting at the truth, they are shoving this idiot down America's throats.

Problem is that they are swallowing with ease.

The timeline of what happened explains why there has been no coverage.

2000. McCain runs. He finds out during the primaries that his natural born citizen (NBC) ineligibility is going to be raised as an issue.

2003. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) introduces a Constitutional Amendment resolution to change the natural born citizen requirement. It, like 24 or 25 prior efforts to amend, goes nowhere.

2004 is a push; candidate is going to be Bush.

2007-08. Primaries for both parties in a wide open race. In February '08, the mainstream media raises a red flag about McCain with articles in the NY Times and on ABC News, all reporting about the article by Professor Chin out of University of Arizona Law School.

Someone posted on Donofrio's website that they had set up a URL and written a letter that looks at ONLY the correct LEGAL INTERPRETION of the words "natural born citizen" for sending to Congress people and asking them to register questions or objections.

The logical place and time for them to do that would be at the point where the Electoral College vote is already counted (most Electors are going to their state capitols) and Congress is convened to open and count all the votes submitted. The Vice President, as President of the Senate, presides over that process.

The letter sticks to LEGAL pointers, and for people who want to use a part or all of it, or to adapt it, maybe a reminder that the recipients as Congress people swore oaths in respect of the Consitution would be a reminder. I thought it was a good letter.

As the AOL survey shows, the "media blackout" attempted by the media seems to have been successful only in delaying the issue's presentation to the public and not completely preventing it.

One thing Donofrio's and Wrotnowski's lawsuits did manage to do successfully was GET TO THE SUPREME COURT (along treacherous paths) and TAKE ADVANTAGE OF RULES (allowing for an initial rejection by a Justice to be handled with a Re-Submission to another Justice) to get the cases as far as Conferences.

Although the media covered itself in disgrace by wrongly reporting how those two cases had styled themselves -- as quests for SCOTUS definition of NBC in clear terms -- and tried to associate them with the other lawsuit(s) which allege that Obama was born in Kenya, they no longer had the option of totally ignoring the issue. So, the tactic became one of dismissively ridiculing the lawsuits as the handiwork of lunatics and fringe elements, and lumping all lawsuits together.

Imagine what we would know if this was taking place 15 years ago before the power of the net!!!!
