[Watch] Hearings Expose Hidden Code in Obamacare – No Right to Privacy

“You have no reasonable expectation of privacy regarding any communication or data transiting or stored on this information system,” is the message which is hidden from view as a person signing up for obamacare agrees to the conditions. In order to continue with the process, an applicant, by default, agrees to the lack of an expectation of privacy.
I’m wondering how a person signing up can possibly be in agreement to a stipulation they haven’t seen and which appears to be being deliberately hidden?
The questioner, Rep Barton of Texas, makes the point that Rep Blackburn had just been told by the witness, Ms. Campbell that the portion of obamacare which they were discussing was HIPAA compliant. He muses, HIPAA is a privacy regulation designed to restrict access to information and this clause does the exact opposite.
Campbell does her best to lay off responsibility on superiors and resists naming names. It is apparent, though, that there is a little distance between the way obamacare is being presented and the reality.

Those of us paying attention already were aware of that.

This session took place October 28th, in Washington DC, but the video was just made available today. It’s very important to note the deception that is woven into the very fabric of this legislation. There are Trojan horse types of clauses throughout, which are only now being realized under closer scrutiny.
