Nov. 2, the Congressional Budget Office estimated what the plans will likely cost. An individual earning $44,000 before taxes who purchases his own insurance will have to pay a $5,300 premium and an estimated $2,000 in out-of-pocket expenses, for a total of $7,300 a year, which is 17% of his pre-tax income. A family earning $102,100 a year before taxes will have to pay a $15,000 premium plus an estimated $5,300 out-of-pocket, for a $20,300 total, or 20% of its pre-tax income. Individuals and families earning less than these amounts will be eligible for subsidies paid directly to their insurer.

This is fantasy land. If this goes into effect it will cause a rebellion.

And even if we pay for this health Insurance, obama's Czars may not allow us to get medical treatment for our problem if the Czar and/or his gov't thugs thinks we are too old and/or not deemed worthy, they can send us to "death counselors" and help/force us die. Anyone think this administration is capable of making decisions according to our age and race? I do.

The Dems are relying on the argument that if you drive a car, you must have a license, registration and INSURANCE for that car and possible accidents.


illegals are not held to this standard why should we be held to it? After all we are legal citizens shouldn't be have more rights and benefits than people in our country illegally.

Most Americans can't afford those insurance costs. Those are so much higher than what people pay now, that they'll just have to line us all up together and march us off to prison. Then hopefully our fellow citizens will revolt and break us out on American Bastille Day. How interesting it is that history repeats itself when we didn't learn from it the first time around.

Yes, there will be a revolt. Because this is just the beginning and when people fully understand all the implications and attacks on liberty and reason this authoritarian socialist mess called "health care reform" represents, they'll shut up about health care and never utter the word "reform" again in the United States.

And that will be a good thing. Sometimes people have to learn the hard way.

Pity the idiots that have entered their names on to the list that have voted for this tyrrany. Just imagine the terminally ill deciding to go and have a talk with those that are on the list or those that will make the decisions for his care. At some point, talk will be cheap.
