Four Oklahoma earthquakes, including 4.3 magnitude, recorded Monday

Oklahoma had a lot of earthquake activity to start the week, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.


A 3.5 magnitude quake recorded 5:31 a.m. today about 5 miles north-northwest of Spencer in Oklahoma County.


Then, at 5:47 a.m., a 4.3 magnitude quake recorded about 3 miles west-northwest of Jones, also in Oklahoma County.


A third Oklahoma earthquake today, a 3.0 magnitude, recorded at 6:25 a.m. about 5 miles northwest of Jones.


Finally, a 2.8 magnitude quake recorded 7:39 a.m. about 5 miles southeast of Edmond in Oklahoma County.


Oklahoma also had two earthquakes on Sunday and Saturday, according to USGS.


During the past seven days, Oklahoma recorded 20 earthquakes, including the four today. During the past 30 days, Oklahoma recorded 67 earthquakes of at least 2.5 magnitude. The largest during that timeframe was today's 4.3 magnitude, according to USGS.


There are no immediate reports of damage or injuries, according to the Associated Press.
