POLICE BRUTALITY? Video Shows Officer Violently Shoving Handicapped Man Out Of Wheel

POLICE BRUTALITY? Video Shows Officer Violently Shoving Handicapped Man Out Of Wheelchair (VIDEO)

We usually come across a viral video of police brutality at least once a week, and this week’s find is probably one of weirdest. In the video below you’re going to see a police officer violently shove a handicapped man out of his wheelchair. And while the video itself has one immediately pointing fingers at the officer, the man in the wheelchair may have provoked it.
According to WLFI, the reason the officer shoved the man out of his chair is because, as the officer claims, he ran over his foot. The video clearly does indicate the man ran over the officer’s foot. The video does not prove the man did it intentionally, or that it warranted the reaction of the officer.
An investigation found the officer did abuse his authority.

A review board later determined that Davidson had acted inappropriately and could have removed himself from the path of Kincade’s wheelchair.
“Police officers cannot put themselves in a position where the subsequent need to use force is created,” Police Chief Patrick Flannelly told WLFI-TV. ”We can’t do that.”

Here’s the video. What do you think?

Disturbing VIDEO where a police office who thinks he can get away with anything pushes a man over in a wheelchair.
What should happen to the officer? Should he lose his badge? Should he go to jail?

If you watch the video you can see that the officer was standing in what I would call a clearly defiant pose.
Arms crossed and feet spread, this is a "fight" position that many officers themselves look for when talking
to a suspect that indicates the person is uncooperative and may become physically agressive at any moment.

The guy in the wheelchair had been cleared and was free to leave but the officer continued to block his path.
If you watch closely you can see the guy in the wheel chair try to turn to miss him just before he hit the officer's foot.

Reminds me of the school bully trying to trip the class nerd then beating him up for stepping on his foot.

    [can confirm was class nerd]

If the race card is the only card in your hand, you're not playing with a full deck.
