The power of our COMBINED efforts

We've had a few comments and its come up over and over
in the past couple weeks , The power of all of our orgs working
    together for common cause

Here is another way we could make some noise on offense
    rather than defense

80 orgs got together to slag Gilchrest and Huck

What is their total membership ? I know numbersusa along has
    half a million

Lets pick a challenge and sue the govt , make it a big ticket
item , Anchor babies , Discrimination in language and hiring ,
how about teaching illegals in our schools?

    WAY TO EXPENSIVE YOU SAY?

    Sure , it would cost a ton , you couldn't do it , I couldn't do it , alipac
    couldn't do it ,

    BUT

Take the combined power of all our orgs , If a million people
sent in 2 dollars each , I would say that would be a pretty good
    retainer for any law firm

We can only do it together from this point on , we need to
fight them as a whole and not apart

    Am I wrong here?

    I just wanted to add

I've got my $2 ready , In fact I'd be willing to send more
and match funds for the administration of such a thing
to alipac or whoever would be doing the details

First, does any law firm come to mind that would fight for the American citizens? Judicial Watch might. I work at a law firm and see Pro Bono representation all the time for the opposition, but nothing for the American citizens.

There are other high profile constitutional law firms

Judicial watch would be good though , they are well
    versed on our issues

Also a good case would be the failure of the govt to
do its constitutional duty of protecting the countries citizens from
    invasion ,

I think 20 million foreign nationals within our borders aided by
govt officials of said foreign nation clearly trying to subvert our
laws would qualify as a pretty good case for
malfeasance on the part of our govt

I think we would find a ton of people that would go for this
$2 is an easy deal , most of us have that much in change
    down in the sofa

Its getting all the orgs behind it , It is also something
that some of us would be good at having a lot of ties to
    many different orgs

we could get William to weight in , He may have much
more insight as to the feasibility of such a thing

I think that's a great idea. I have posted some comments in the past about going into the litigation mode. Even though much of our immigration law has fallen into a lax enforcement category I don't think that means there isn't sufficient legal precedent.

There is a power structure on the left that is really pushing the envelope on immigration but my understanding of the RICO act is that much of that activity could easily come under RICO law. The Act specifically names encouraging illegal imigration as a predicate act:

And there have been some isolated litigation victories already under RICO.

I've already been looking into it in depth for my own situation. But I know that these groups are armed to the teeth with lawyers. The prevailing trend in law schools seems to be to undermine the sovereignty of the US.

Thats why we need to go on offense

Their side is lawyered up to the max , We need to get a high profile
case going right after the root of our problem , Our govt allowing
this country to be invaded and doing nothing

I think this is something we should definitely look into.

They have the ACLU, all the big pro-illegal orgs backing them.

Who do we have? Of course, we have our forums, but we need to fight fire with fire, in a way that they understand.

We could check with Judicial Watch, Fair has some attorneys, what about the attorney that worked with Hazelton and was Romney's advisor?

I would give as much as I possibly could to something like this.
