    Department of Transportation are crooks. And they hire immigrants instead of Americans to do road work. Government contracts go to our US road but America citizens do not get the jobs.

    And when things get uncomfortably hot, what does a good government official do? Form corridor committees and corridor segment committees. That way they can blame the failure of their stupidity on the committees and the short-sightedness of the committees while guaranteeing their paychecks. Give me a break.
