Rumblings: Clean Energy Plan: New Cap & Trade?
I hear this "clean energy plan" wording...has anyone else?
It sounds like a "national defense" stratagem to end our world dependency on oil so we stop supporting our enemies with oil money.
Of course it is not hard too figure out how far and deep this new stratagem could go.
