Russia's Concept of the World in the 21st Century

Since Vladimir Putin has been in charge of Russia, his initiatives have centred upon opposition to a unipolar world, and the advocacy of multipolarity. Rather than surrendering to the viperous aims of the New World Order, Russia has launched a renewed effort to counter the Anglo-American NATO domination of the world, undertaking reforms which enable it to take part in the reality of globalisation but in a more guarded fashion. The international policies of the cowboy gang (leader of whom looked into Putin's eyes and saw his soul) has created this mess. Americans have always been liked by people all over the world. We present an easy-going people others envy, but with Putin's reversion to communism in his own mold, he has plenty to gripe about (thinking his country as the super-power of the world) when we were trying to install missile systems in neighboring countries, just like we would make a major fuss when any country decided to install missile systems in Mexico, Canada or (like the Chinese) in Venezuela and other South American countries near our borders.

The USA is supposed to be a peaceful Republic, not a world empire.
