Henderson was arrested on five outstanding warrants for numerous drug and weapons charges.
Since he was 19, Henderson has been charged with 80 crimes in San Antonio, most of which were associated with violence, weapons and narcotics, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
Bexar County District Attorney’s Office spokeswoman Jennifer Rodriguez said Henderson most recently agreed to a plea deal on May 11 that would have sent him to prison for three years.
According to court documents, Henderson plead no contest to a charge of possession of between 28 and 200 grams of a controlled substance.
However, he missed a sentencing hearing on June 16.
Paperwork for the deal noted that if he did not show up to court for sentencing, he would be subject to the full range of punishment for the crimes for which he was accused.
