Southern Baptists to Vote on Obama Impeachment Motion

One of the motions being set for debate in Baltimore at this year’s Southern Baptist Convention is whether or not their group should join in a national effort to impeach B. Hussein Obama.

The motion was entered by former convention 2nd Vice President Wiley Drake on Tuesday. Drake is the pastor of First Southern Baptist Church in Buena Park, CA.
He asked the convention to “consider leading us to consider being a part of Operation American Spring seeking the impeachment of the President of the United States.” Drake served as the group’s second vice president from 2006 to 2007.
More than 4,400 attendees were in the hall at the time, with seconds coming from throughout the audience.
The motion is one of several which will be debated over the two-day long convention.
Mr. Drake also filed a lawsuit challenging Obama’s eligibility to serve as president in January of 2009. That lawsuit suffered the same fate as all of the others have; a judge dismissed it rather than allowing it to be heard, enabling the usurper to remain in power.
