Why would they NEATLY and deliberately HIDE Carriers of ballots under black tableclothed banquet tables out of plain sight?

I doubt this is "proper" procedure. To hide Carriers under tables, pull them out, then put more Carriers under the table as they are in "queue" to be counted...LOL. They are busted.

They would only do this to cheat and leave them there all day, until night when everybody left!

They would have simply stacked those Carriers along a wall, with other Carriers, that were in sequence to be counted and processed them as those Carriers came in.

Show the start of the video and WHO put those specific Carriers under covered tables and what time they were put there. Probably when they set up those tables, the covers, and when no one was there to observe the set up of the room before opening the doors!

You have got to be kidding me if proper "protocol", in all these Districts, is put their Carriers of ballots to be counted UNDER covered tables!
