    There is a tape.

    I heard the tape on ABC (or maybe NBC) evening news last night.
    Lots of people yelling '"KILL THE BILL" all at the same time.
    Lots of background noise.
    Some people yelling other things right after that.
    Hard to sort it all out.
    A good sound expert could reduce the background sounds and make it much easier to understand.
    NO AMNESTY
