    I am not a Californian, but if it were me as a voter there, I would want to replace her with one of those homeless people, who likely have the most common sense and also would be realistic enough to know where money should go and what to do with it.

    Personally, I think our states would be bettered by having a board of citizens who were under certain income limits, or ones who were good standing small business owners, the kind of people that the communities are really made up of, who would be the FINAL approval for all state and federal spending.
