NRA Sues Over Requirement To Report Bulk Rifle Sales At Mexico Border

The National Rifle Association recently filed a lawsuit over new Federal legislation that requires gun merchants near the Mexico border to report bulk sales of some semiautomatic rifles.

According to The New York Times, http://www.nytimes.com/2011/08/04/us/04 ... r=1&ref=us the NRA decided to file the lawsuit on behalf of two firearms dealers in Arizona, claiming the President Barack Obama Administration overstepped its boundaries when it implemented the regulation last month without Congressional approval.
